Together, we create a plan that aligns with your needs.  Holistic Healing Methods – Depending on your goals, we may includeMindfulness & Meditation, to cultivate focus, resilience, and self-awareness.  Each session is tailored to your unique journey, whether you need support for stress management, emotional healing, or cultivating a deeper connection to yourself.  Session can be done via Zoom or on the phone or in person.

Reiki

     Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
